Delighted with my purchase. Apart from being a good sturdy walking machine it also looks well. Tidy and neat for storage. It is heavy in box but once unpacked easy to set up and easy to move.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this walking pad for use as I work from home. Unfortunately it gathered some dust for the first part of 2024 but then in May '24, I absolutely started to make the best use of it.Upon initial inspection, it seems to be of a sturdy build, and easy to get started as no setting up required. After only 3wks of use at maximum 1hr (not all in one go) approximately 4 times per week, the motor basically burned out. The smell that came from this was terrible and plastic parts came out of the motor itself. After a lot of back and forth with manufacturers they sent a replacement. I have it a go hoping this was not due to quality of the product itself, just one of those things but I had the replacement for just 2wks this time and the same has happened again. The belt started making a strange noise like something was catching within the motor and those small plastic parts came out of it! Clearly the motor is not up to standard and of a poor quality build. For such an expensive model, this is absolutely not worth the money! Broken after 3wks and 2 wks of use is just not acceptable. Please don't waste your money!

I'm an Electronic Engineer with 40 years military and commercial experience in EM and electronics and have come to the following conclusion after performing standard fault finding tests (tested with 2 different USB keyboards and other techniques).When I use the treadmill (i.e. walking) it kills my USB keyboard.I bought this treadmill so I could work from home and walk at the same time. However I have discovered a fault that causes the treadmill to interfere with my USB keyboard when I use the treadmill. I suspect the treadmill has poor EM shielding and the rotation of the treadmill drum/mechanism interferes with other electronic devices. It's a good treadmill but it may interfere with your laptop peripherals if you use it while working from home.

Easy to use and doesn’t take up much room. Perfect way to make reaching daily step goals easier ect. It isn’t loud when in use.

Yeah good solid treadmill use it a lot and have had no issues.

I am within the weight range for this device, and have the belt totally central, but it still sticks for brief moments, which I feel is probably my weight pressing down.I cannot relax on it, as keep expecting it to stick, and expecting me to topple over.Have used it twice since getting it. I stupidly destroyed the box once I could see it was working (who has room for boxes), so now a large paperweight under the bed, which I hope will be useful once I am lighter.(If I was not within the weight limit, and it was not briefly sticking, I would give it five stars, as very sturdily built).

Ce tapis d'exercice est pratique pour travailler au bureau en même temps. Cela serait pratique qu'il y est des bras pour que l'on puisse nous y tenir. Quand nous ne sommes pas habitués d'utiliser ce genre d'appareil, ces bras de sécurités nous aideraient à mieux garder notre ballant et avoir un sentiment de sécurité.

So, like other reviews have pointed out - daily use will lead to it stop working and displaying the dreaded E05 error. Once that pops up, it's game over. Unless you use this thing very sporadically - it 100% will crap out on you. They were nice enough to send a replacement the first time it happened, but when it happened again, they went radio silent. I unfortunately cannot recommend this item due to it being prone to failure with everyday use, which is what I need it for.

Like some reviews say the belt does slip to the side when taken out of the box and turned on, however after searching for and watching a quick video on how to tighten the belt or walking pad maintenance it has worked perfect ever since. From my basic research this is standard for treadmills to need adjustment on occasion and before first use.

The entire family uses the walking pad. It is perfect for winter months to stay active. The pad is wide and long enough for my tall husband to use it. Very happy with this purchase.
