This is a really nice panel. The size and weight make it easy to use. It comes with a very nice sleeve to protect it. The panel has a variety of settings. You can change the brightness (increments from 25/50/75/100%) and it has a pulsing function. I'm not sure if you really need the pulse function, but it is very nice to have. I've read pros and cons about the pulsing. None was conclusive one way or another.The user's guide is very helpful and it is printed large enough to read comfortably. I most often use the Red Light and the NIR together. What makes it very nice is the wonderful stand that was provided so you can use it portrait or landscape. I like to use it landscape when treating my lower back, feet or hands and I can angle it perfectly to get knees, elbows, or neck. Really nice. I highly recommend this RLT device. The price was very affordable and it has a manufacturer's warranty.

The light is large, powder-coated, and made of thick metal. Some devices use plastic or cheaper materials but did not skimp on materials here.The device comes with a convenient stand that is very sturdy.The controls are straightforward, and you can adjust brightness to four levels. The digital controls are ok, but I would prefer analog knobs and switches if possible.The power cord plugs into the side using a non-USB interface, which is OK, but I enjoy USB-corded devices. If you lose the plug here, replacing it won't be as simple. The plug at the end is huge and awkward to plug in.I appreciated the shielding glasses included for red light, which is not easy on the eyes. However, they could be more extensive, especially with such a large and bright light. The included case is nice, although a tight fit.I gave it four stars because it wants to be a well-made device using quality materials for the light itself, but the huge plug adaptor, the glasses, and the controls make it less than a five-star device. If you don't care about how user-friendly the whole experience is, you can't beat the build quality of the box itself.

I have not been able to use this device as the plug that came with it is quite heavy and needs some kind of adapter i sent 3 messages to the seller and he could not even be bothered to reply now he as my money it seems that he could not be bothered to reply to a customer

It works as expected and looks very well made and sleek. The device power is listed as 55W. It is light and thin enough to travel with and use on a tablet stand. This one came with a table stand. The plug (adapter) is larger than some others so it needs room to plug in or use a mini extension cord or power strip.

I have used quite a vast array of red light therapy devices over the last couple of years. I’m becoming more and more familiar with what I like, and what works best for me. There are a few features of this red light panel that stand out, in my opinion.I really like that I can choose which mode I want to use. I can turn on just the visible red light, just the invisible near-infrared light, or I can use both at the same time. I can also set a timer with a press of a button to choose a session time that suits my needs. I can also position this panel and angle it in such a way that targets the area of skin that I want.Some less than optimal aspects of this panel include the fact that there is no remote control. Depending on where this panel has to be placed, and where the user wants to be positioned, having to get up and go press buttons is a bit inconvenient. Also, having an irradiance value of at least 100 mW/cm2 (milliwatts per square centimeter) has been a basic rule of thumb for me, according to the research I’ve done and articles I’ve read. Since there is no mention in the listing information or the literature that came with the product about that measurement, it’s hard to determine exactly how far the panel should be from the skin area and still be within a therapeutic range.Overall, though, this device is easy to use, and the adjustable stand is reasonably sturdy. Of course, I have no way of confirming that this device actually emits the exact wavelengths of 660nm and 850nm, so I can’t speak to how reliable and accurate it is.

First off I love red light therapy devices!I love that this one has the three different settings and then the dimming option.I took off one star because boy the beeping is LOUD? When you turn it on and change the settings it’s startling how loud the beep is? So strangeI love the stand! With other devices I’ve used I’ve found it hard to get the right angle where I feel like I can comfortably sit and feel like it’s angled right. This one you can make it higher or lower and change the angle front to back.Love that it has a timer too.Comes with safety glasses but I will use another pair I have as these don’t feel like they are dark enough. The light is still h comfortably bright even through the glasses.It comes with a gorgeous padded bag which none of my other devices have. Wish it was a little larger, maybe with a thin divider, you could put the stand and cord in there too!Love it
