A game changer!!
I wouldn’t have put this purchase off had I known it would save me from pain in my thighs, calves, hips, shoulders, and back. I wasted a lot of time and energy looking for the right chair, cushion, and lumbar support when I should’ve just bought this first.Main pros: perfect height, it’s not stationary (important), and very underrated massage texture. Super easy to assemble. My 4 yr old literally installed the legs (with some direction).Con: I wish it were just a bit wider. I had one foot on it and it toppled and crashed making me look a little odd during a Zoom call. It’s not a huge deal as my brain adjusted after a few days.I would say this was easily my smartest buy for the home office.

Works ok, but wants to slide around too much
I like the stretch my feet and ankles get when I use this; but the problem is that it wants to slide around a lot. This makes it so that I have to be very careful not to put much pressure on it when I go to use it, but that is pretty hard to do. I may have to put some type of texture rubber mat under my desk to help keep it in place when I use it.Other than that, I like that having it there helped remind me to do stretches occasionally throughout the day to keep my circulation going better.

Ok, but nothing amazing
I had hoped this could be used as a foot massager in my home office. Turns out it's okay on the carpeted area, but it's too slippery on my chair mat. The height and textured areas are okay but nothing amazing.

Good height, like the hard bumps but rollers are too small
I had a similar rocking foot rest but it somehow "disappeared" and ended up under my wife's desk, so I picked this up as a replacement. It's a little higher than my old one which works better for me, it also has a wider range of motion which I like, plus I appreciate that the bumps on the surface are hard and feel good against my feet, unlike the softer nubs which squish down to nothing. My only complaint is with the small rollers in the middle - it's a good idea but just not executed well, they're too small and don't reach the arches of my feet, sometimes my sock gets caught up and there's only one section in the middle of the surface, it would have been better if there were some for each foot at the same time, and larger in diameter for people that don't have flat feet. Otherwise this is a decent device at a good price for correcting posture and preventing cramping when sitting at a desk for prolonged periods.

Keep your feet moving
When I'm sitting at my desk, I like to keep my feet moving. My legs have a tendency to cramp up so this footrest seemed like the perfect thing.Frankly, I have an exercise machine under my desk that I can use to exercise my legs, but I don't always want to do this. Hence, when I saw this rocking footrest, I thought it might be great. It has a lot to recommend it. It feels good when you rest your feet on it. If you want to put it away for a while or pack it, it is easy to disassemble it.I found that in using it, it tended to slip away from me. I wish the tape on the bottom did a better job of keeping it in position. I also wish that it were either a bit lower or at least adjustable. This footrest is a great idea though, and I like it.

Meh. Just okay. Small, flimsy, and squirrely.
It's okay, but not really suited to big feet. It's pretty lightweight, which could be good, except that it seems to be right on the edge of minimally sturdy, and it doesn't have the heft, or the non-skid, to stay in place.I find it skitters around so much I keep having to drag it back into position. The center roller didn't do much for me, too small to be useful.

Hard to keep in comfortable position
This footrest is easy to assemble with just attaching the two plastic half circles into their designated area in the bottom of the top plate. The half circles attach over an inch inward from the edges of the plate and I think this makes it feel a bit wobbly with a skinny footed stance. There is some foam tape at the bottom of each half circles that helps quite a bit with it sliding around on the floor or carpet but can still slide with too much pressure or if the angle goes past where the foam is. The bumpy top texture feels nice on bare or socked feet. It also provides a nice grip with shoes. The rollers in the middle are a little stiff and don't feel like they roll very smoothly. The fine bumps on them do feel nice on the feet though.Overall, I think this does make sitting for long periods more comfortable but it can take some readjusting in its position and does feel a bit on the wobbly side besides the obvious positive rocking motion.
