I was very impressed with my cute Micro Growing Kit, beautiful sprouts and grew quickly. I just trim off and sprinkle on top of certains dishes, healthy and nice garnish. I also appreciate the quality of the packaging of the pots that the seeds are in, still using the same container to move from inside window to other spots in the house.

I’m a microgreens newbie, so this was the most perfect way for me to get started! This kit is foolproof, even for those of us who don’t have a green thumb. We just followed the simple instructions, and had some sprouts to add to our meals in a few short days. I was a little nervous that I wouldn’t know how to add them to our food once they were ready, but that has not been a problem at all. The sprouts each have their own mild flavors, and they’re the perfect addition just about any meal we make. This has been such a fun way to dress up our meals with power packed nutrition. Even my kids (who don’t usually love vegetables) have been excited to eat their produce that they’ve grown themselves!

These were great. The little cups are adorable the kit comes with everything you need.The seeds grew very fast like days. Now we are enjoying eating them. This would make a terrific gift for anyone and its easy for kids too.

I love the packaging and the easy to follow instructions. My microgreens grew in less than week and today they were a nice addition to my breakfast. My son doesn't eat veggies at all but I got him to try the broccoli and he liked it. Thank you BFL & Co for this awesome kit.

We ordered these last week and they were delivered Sunday. Followed the super simple directions. We’re on day 5 and they’re almost ready for eating!I am by no means a “green thumb”. This was so easy. The coconut soil smells like heaven. It’s fool proof!We eat whole 30 so I can’t wait to try these on all the things! I like it very much. It’s easy to use and the packaging is cute. It would make a great gift. But, I didn’t realize when I bought it that you only get one harvest out of it so that makes it a little expensive. If you ask me, I’m doing my first one now, so we’ll see if it grows back but it Doesn’t sound like it from the instructions
