Very disappointed in sizing, this is for a Tree out in a field, and is way too small for anything like that. This is really more like a small to me, would not purchase again, but did not want to return only because I needed something to keep the plant moist. Very disappointed in value for price! After I wrote this I went back and purchased another one, could not find any larger size, so I corrected my rating and comments.

I hadn't realized how used to plastic I'd become, but when I held the Olla, the coolness and texture of the terra cotta was so pleasing, it made me even more determined to add natural products to every aspect of my life -- including keeping my plants watered while I'm away.The Olla arrived fully intact and with an easy-to-follow card with instructions on how to use. These would make fantastic gifts for anyone interested in gardening or potted plants on a patio. I can see little kids getting a kick out of filling the Olla with water, too. So many ideas. Will order the larger one, too!

Not sure how long it lasts yet but bought for when I’m a two week holiday to keep my potted tree watered but seems to be doing well so far.

I ordered a small irrigation pot to place in a potted plant I have on the front porch. It gets hit with a ton of sun in the summer and at times it needs water several times a day. We’ve had an unusually warm and mild winter and I can already see the irrigation pot losing water and keeping the plants from drying out under my covered porch. I especially like that this comes with a lid for easy refilling while keeping bugs and dirt out. I will definitely be purchasing more of these in the future.
