A better way to think eco friendly
I've got a large need for paper towels on a daily basis. We have older animals and they have older animal problems. Namely a cat peeing on the floor each morning. And other unmentionable animal fluids. The challenge is to not use a roll of paper towels in 1-2 days.So I've tried a few different styles of reusable paper towels. I love how renewable bamboo is, but I've had poor results with them. One set had these 'scrubbing dots' that didn't really work and the fact that they were plastic didn't seem as eco friendly as I was trying to be. And they don't wash well. They feel weird, and don't absorb as well as I need them to.These, on the other hand, are a lifesaver. The cotton is much more absorbent than the bamboo ones I've tried (after washing based on the directions) and they "roll" back into each other. So I can put these on my paper towel rolls- win! I like the bright colors and how soft they are. I'm ordering in the Sunshine Yellow version as well.

Absorbing & Resilient
In a world where we are constantly reminded of our environmental responsibilities, these reusable towels are a go to for our family - we’re now buying them as gifts for our friends! They've significantly reduced my household's dependence on single-use paper towels, helping me reduce waste and make a small but impactful contribution to our planet. These towels have proved to be incredibly resilient. They withstand multiple washes and still look and feel as good as new. I've saved a considerable amount of money by not having to buy disposable paper towels constantly. They absorb spills and messes and are perfect for kitchen cleanup - I especially like to use them as napkins during meals. I simply toss them in the washing machine with my regular laundry, and they come out looking fresh and ready for another round of cleaning duty. I highly recommend!

Good, reusable product
These towels are a single layer of a flannel-like material with a finished edge. I tried one on a glass mirror and it was fairly lint-free. Absorbency is good. They're finer than shop towels and far less likely to snag on rough surfaces, but their price is higher. After washing, they can be put back on the roll (see the video in the product posting) but be aware that the diameter of the spindle is smaller than a typical paper towel roll, so it won't fit many paper towel holders. I plan to use them in my wood shop and for bicycle maintenance where I want a product that's more durable than a paper towel and finer than a shop towel. When they get full of wood glue or bike grease, they're cheap enough to just discard. That's better than needing to cut up old t-shirts.

As close to the disposable variety you can get.
So we don't use a ton of paper towels. It took us 5 years to go through a bulk package of rolls from a warehouse club. We do hoard paper napkins that come with lunches. These are super great to mop, scrub, rinse and re-use. They do adsorb a ton of liquid and can hold up to washes. These are soft enough to cling and might be good for regular dusting/wiping. The lack of fasteners removes one way to fail, plus you can grab one with one hand again. They feel like an airier soft flannel. The gripes at first are that the core is still cardboard. While it's sturdier than what's in a disposable, I see a family member tossing it then I'm out of my center. While you can re-roll it, I see this can lead to the center towel never getting used so I recommend two different rolls to rotate. Then reroll after using the full roll. I've had an item change on me in the far past. At purchase this was called "24 Reusable Paper Towels - Paperless Paper Towels made with Super-Soft, Pure Absorbent 100% Cotton, Washable Paper Towel Set for Kitchen, Eco Friendly Cloth Paper Towels LIMITED OCEAN GLITTER SERIES" This is a new product, so it's description may adjust to suit the product over time.

Wash, Rinse, Roll, Grab, Use! - 24 Reusable Paper Towels
I love the idea of these reusable paper towels. The idea that you can grab one as you need it on a roll and then toss it in the wash... I mean it is simple, but genius! Why can't I come up with things like this? I see these things and I think to my self, why hasn't thins been around for years? The towels are well made and seem to hold up well, at least so far. The only issue I have with these is that they are not super absorbent. Maybe they will get better with more washes as some other towels have in the past. They also shrunk a bit in the first wash so they seem to be slightly different sizes now. I removed one star for these things. Other than that I think these are great and I will get tons of use out of them.

They are absorbent and reusable, but they can't replace paper towels.
These 24 Reusable Paper Towels are absorbent and reusable. Their goal is to cut down on waste and money, which I like. For me, they can't replace my paper towels hence the 1 star deduction. I will wash my hands and dry them with a dry paper towel. If I use a reusable one, I have to rinse it and squeeze out the water after drying my hands. Then the next time I wash my hands it is too damp to dry my hands good. Also if I use it to clean up a gross mess, I want to just throw it out.

Well-constructed cleaning aids
These towels are very well made, soft and tough. Great stitching around the edges. I didn't find them to be as absorbent as my (very popular name brand) paper towels but how often do I need to soak up a cup of water. They really work well on tough jobs; no possibility of falling apart. They recommend washing first before using "to increase absorbency". I took that as a challenge and tried them right out of the box. First thing I noticed was lint being left behind. So, I conceded defeat and washed one; no more lint trails. I think of these more as nicely constructed rags. As much as I'd like to eliminate my paper towel habit, I think having these will reduce rather than eliminate them for me.
