We need running boards
Easy installation and my wife says it is an excellent addition for getting in and out of the Kandi cart.

No mounting brackets!
The runningboards do not come with mounting brackets. I opened the case with Kandi, I received a response the same day asking for the order number. I provided the order number the same day and it’s been weeks with no response. Therefore, I returned the running boards.

Product was shipped without the required Bolts and plugs

No instructions came with running boards which needed an additional frame to attach them.
There were no instructions with the running boards, which should have been included!!!! The instructions would’ve told us that our particular cruiser needed additional brackets/frame to attach first. We almost returned the running boards But then discovered on OUR OWN through Internet research that Kandi America would send brackets at no charge to attach the running boards as our particular cruiser did not have them. We should not have to go on a wild goose chase to figure out why the running boards wouldn’t attach to our cruiser.

Should have heeded prior reviews, mine came but was also missing the mounting bolts and directions, so disappointed in Kandi.
