Best mic/ear piece for nx3300 I've found
I've tried several different versions of mic and ear piece for my Kenwood nx 3300 radio. This is the best. Mic and ear piece are clearer than most and the ear piece doesn't get so loud it hurts your ear drum. Best I've found.

Not a good fit.
Ordered this wanting to try an earpiece again, agency I work for we cover 23 miles of busy interstate and working along side it can be hard to hear the radio so figured this would be good for that. Sound quality is good on this but I do not like the actual earpiece and how it adjust, and it seems like it’s to big to fit in the ear.Just my personal opinion I didn’t like it.

Good sound and works but painful to wear.
It sounds great and you can respond easily but the only problem is it’s painful to wear. Hurts the back of my ear and hurts the opening to my ear no matter which ear or which tip I put on it. Can’t stand to wear it for more then a hour or so
