I bought the computer for my daughter to use for her homeschool material and videos. It works great for that as well as for me to do my data entry side job on. The only thing I cannot stand is the first day I set the computer up, easy enough, connected it to the internet and the sticky keys turned on. I spent the next hour on the phone with a Microsoft employee who tried to get me to spend $270 to restart something remotely. Thank goodness I did not listen and did some more searching. Holding the right shift key down until you hear a beep turns it on but somehow while typing I hit whatever button it is frequently. I have tried turning the sticky keys off in settings but it still happens. WHAT A PAIN!!!! Otherwise, computer works great.

The screen picture is clean, it performs well with work/office tasks, school work, light gaming, media streaming, etc.Update after using the laptop for some time now I notice the Bluetooth connection never really worked my head phones cut out and in constantly. It also flips out every so often making a screeching sound while the screen display gets stuck for a few seconds but over all this company can’t be reached at all no contact info and all I can find is a few names bai,you you , JOHNSON, BRITTANY S, jingqiao tian. Do your self a favor and buy from a real company instead of being defrauded out of your money

There is not a usable instruction book but a small booklet without any helpful information. The manufacturer does wish us well😊

I purchased this ANMESC 15.6 inch laptop to replace my old laptop that was about 10 years old. My old machine had slowed down and was heavy to move. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised how well this machine works. It is light weight and fast. Windows boots up so quick. The amount of memory that came with this laptop is great. Graphics load quick. Can multitask on this machine without any issues. I've had 6 programs running at the same time and you would never know it. I am glad I purchased it. This would be a great machine for anyone. I am a happy customer for sure.

The media could not be loaded. First of all let me talk about the quality of this product it's very clean and lightweighted super light buttons very easy to use the screen super great to watch movies with the family the performance of this laptop is extremely great no freezes are any problems that I know off charging speed really fast 0 to 100 take nearly 1 hour to full charge the storage capacity it's very big it can hold a lot of songs videos game and other documents 📄 from my experience I would rate anmesc laptop in the top 3 best computers.

I use the laptop for watching youtube videos, prime videos, my bible study, and some general searching. The volume is terrible and I use ear buds so I don't bother my wife. With the volume turned up all the way on the laptop and all the way up on the prime videos I can't hear the people talking unless I sit very still and focus. On the youtube videos the laptop starts them out a 100% so I have to be very aware that I have to turn the volume down before putting in my earbuds, youtube videos are loud enough to hear.The mouse pad is terrible also.Overall, I should have bought another used and refurbished laptop from the local computer guy.Others may have better luck than me. I was originally excited because I've never owned a new laptop, but this purchase let me down big time.If you buy this brand and model of laptop I pray that you have better luck than I've had.

I was trying to take the cost effective way out of buying a laptop and that was obviously not a good choice.SO MUCH SO that I ended up returning this and driving straight to Best Buy and purchasing a MacBook Air because I was so frustrated about this computer. I wanted to love it so bad, I was trying to be patient and tell myself that maybe it was just me being picky but no, this computer was pretty much unusable from the slow processing times to the strange glitches it would have, almost like it was put together overnight. Made lots of loud noises, and while yet it was "lightweight" it felt like I was carrying around one of my 3 year olds toys...If you don't listen to any other review listen to this one. I am the QUEEN of trying to be affordable and not overspending on things simply because they are popular. Don't buy this laptop unless you want to go through he hassle of repackaging it and having to send it back 5 days later like me.

I recently purchased this ANMESC 15.6” laptop because I needed a new computer for work. Not only was the product delivered on-time but it actually arrived a day early. Upon receiving the laptop I was impressed by the look and feel of it as well, especially for the price. If you are looking for an affordable but great laptop I highly recommend this one.
