Good camera sensor. Some flaws with Mac system. Does not have Wi-Fi and battery.

The camera looks and feels nice. However, I cannot get the software to work with my IPad Air. Tech support is not responding. Therefore, I am returning this item.

I have no shortage of webcams to use in my offices (home & work) and on the road. So why do I carry this around in my laptop case? This is both better and more flexible than any of the other webcams I have.The webcam is 13MP. Sharper than my office webcams, the webcam in my laptop and even a tad better than in my fancy Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra (front facing camera.) and its auto focus settings work well. It has a built in light with 3 brightness settings. It's mounted on a multi joint arm which allows you to position the camera up and down and rotate it 180 degrees so you can face the camera up, down and side to side. Between the rotation and up down positioning you can make it face almost anywhere close and far. It has a macro lens that allows you to get as close as a little over 3 inches and far enough away to display an 11" x 17" document.The beauty of this webcam is that I can be in a meeting, reposition the webcam to show a document or a chart, then reposition the camera so everyone can see me again with little to no effort. It has a built in G-sensor to orient the image based on the motion. It's like magic. The webcam plugs into the USB port, like most do, and is instantly recognized by the system. I change the webcam setting to use this device for the webcam and the microphone. The microphone is sensitive but the ai noise reduction is not wonderful. I'm not surprised since most devices I know that have noise reduction use multiple mics (6 in my earbuds) to determine ambient noise while this has only one.I also like that this webcam folds up to a small compact rectangle and fits into a storage sack provided with the webcam. The whole thing fits neatly into my laptop bag and that makes it very portable.

I purchased this document Camera, so that I would be able to easily scan pages from Books and other types of documents when I did not want to use the scanner on my printer. From the description, it seemed that it would be easy to use, and would fit my needs. When I received the camera, I found out how much more capable it was, way more than I had ever expected.First of all, the camera. It has a 13 megapixel camera that will take both still shots and video. This camera is better than the Web cameras that I have on my computer. Next to the camera is an LED light with three brightness settings. The arm the camera is attached to is very flexible in moving to many different positions. The camera has a G sensor, so it always know which direction is up, etc. The software, which is downloaded from their website, includes capabilities of taking snapshots, video, character, recognition, and many other features.The camera and housing itself is very small, so it is easy to travel with. It folds up nicely into a flat rectangle and fits into a provided bag with the power cords and instructions. The instructions that come with it are very good, however, they are written very small. I literally had to get my magnifying glass out to read them.I find it a bit pricey. At a price of $150 for a camera and an arm that holds a camera, even though it is a 13 megapixel camera, I feel the price should be cut at least by a third, but I am no expert at that.

I am a tutor for some of my friend's cousins and using this document webcam uploader makes uploading assignments much easier. Instead of the normal phone scan, which leaves a lot of blurry images, the camera on this scanner is crystal clear. Makes the difference when I need to tutor.

No complicated steps for set up or configuration. The camera just shows whatever I point it to.3. It has a light which I can use in low-light setting.4. It can be folded for storage5. It is portable for carrying around.6. Sound, video quality and voice quality are clearCONS:1. It is portable but does not fit in a pocket. It can fit well in backpack though.2.
