I LOVE making tortillas and roti on this plate!
I immediately seasoned my plate the day it arrived by baking it in avocado oil which has a very high smoke point and I have never had anything stick to it. I've cooked all kinds of things on it from eggs, potatoes, fajita vegetables, and chicken and it works very well. But what I mostly use it for is to cook roti and tortillas. There just isn't anything I have in my kitchen arsenal that has a better cooking ability for roti. It's extremely durable, has excellent heat distribution, super easy to clean (I usually only have to wipe it with a clean damp cloth), it's extremely durable, and surprisingly crafted with precision for cast iron. I love that I can use it either on my propane gas cooktop or on my induction burner cooktop.

Let's Cook Out!
This was a gift for my hubby and he absolutely loves it! As of right now, there is rust build up, the heat distribution equally spread throughout and the weight and durability of the skillet is very pleasing to him. Very little stickiness accord. This was an excellent Christmas gift!

Burgers Taste Better!
Good Griddle iron plate, -seasoned too! Though I have yet to use it, I'm liking it already. I'm sure it'll work as expected..

Works fine needs rubber handles when it gets hot you have to leave it for 20 min to cool off or use oven mitts
