Is the size 6.5 shoe a men's 6.5 or women's 6.5 shoe?

The Draft XC comes in unisex sizing which is the same as US men's sizing. A 6.5 is a 6.5 men's or an 8 in women's.

Are the spikes 1/4 inch?

They come with 1/4 inch spikes but you can put any size in them
