I love this hammer. Lightweight but solid point of contact, and competent swing arc. It is great for a neurology or PM&R-inclined medical student, in my opinion. Price is good when < 20 USD

This is a very sturdy reflex hammer. Great weight. The sharp tip for sensory testing has a nice silicone cover, but it does come off accidentally at times. It also can come unscrewed easily. Overall I am pleased with this tool.

this have a little more weight at end than the "tomahawk" style, so work better. just wish the other end was blunt

Not for neurologists but serves the purpose for the price. Tends to unscrew when placed in the parallel position depending on what direction you use it.

Best reflex hammer. Love that it’s foldable

I have tried different reflex hammers, including my stethoscope and this one is by far the best because it is weighted. Will definitely get the reflex no matter now light you tap it. You definitely do not need to put your wrist into it unless you want the patient jumping off the table.

Very handy reflex hammer. Just the right weight. Very good red plastic cap which you can use when testing eye movements. The red plastic cap comes off to reveal a pointed metal tip excellent for testing babinski sign! It is not a telescoping reflex hammer but you can unscrew the ball and screw handle on side of wheel/hammer part. I'm very happy with purchase, especially for the price!

Es un martillo de reflejos atractivo, con las medidas justas. La zona de golpeo (rueda de goma) es excelente tanto port la consistencia como por la forma, permitiendo una percusión precisa. El mango es demasiado delgado, escurriéndose por la mano, pesado, impidiendo el bamboleo adecuado del martillo, y al ser redondo, al dejarlo en una superficie que no sea absolutamente plana va rodando hasta caer al suelo. El precio es ajustado.

Best thing i bought for my neurology training. Compact, perfect weight to elicit reflexes and comes with perfect pointy end to check plantar reflexes! Best hammer ever!
