I like that it’s natural latex and is solid, not shredded, but it is still to thin for me as a side sleeper.

The quality of the pillow is great, however it's way too thin for a side sleeper. I followed directions given if pillow didn't expand within a few days to put in dryer. That didn't work or help at all. Side sleepers beware! I've thrown away the box it came in with expectations of this being great for a side sleeper , ect. I'm old (70) and don't have the energy to go out ,get a box and post office visit.

The pillow came with a nice cover. It is soft and comes back to its original shape after use. It maintains its shape so I don't need to fold it due to which I think it will last long.

This pillow helped my neck pain and headache I had using old pillow. It's firmness is to my comfort level and it's easily cleaned. I have even used it as a back support on a chair. Quality of this material feels very high and it doesn't have any weird chemical smells.
