I purchased this refurbished laptop from Amazon (sold by NewJaisa), and it's been one of the most disappointing shopping experiences ever. Within a few months, the laptop started having serious issues like frequent blue screen errors and it wouldn’t charge. I reached out to Amazon support expecting a simple warranty claim, as I was promised a 6-month warranty at purchase. What followed was an infuriating series of emails with different representatives asking for the same documents over and over, even after I submitted everything they asked for in my first response. The rep kept bouncing me back to the seller, NewJaisa, whose support team either disconnected me after long wait times or just ignored my requests.I took the laptop to a local service center to get an estimate and found it was filthy inside, filled with dust and grime. The technician said it would cost 13-15k to repair! This wasn’t just a bad purchase; it’s a product that came with false promises, endless delays, and zero real customer support from both Amazon and NewJaisa.If you’re considering buying this refurbished laptop, save yourself the stress and skip it. This experience was a nightmare and a huge waste of time and money.
