Organic Chicken Bone Broth With Black Garlic and Shiitake Mushroom, 32 oz Carton

So soothing in the cooler months, or when I have a cold. I have started drinking a cup every morning, with some collagen powder stirred in, for extra collagen. Even though it says no salt added, it still tastes normal like regular broth. I actually prefer the taste of this to the overly salty stuff.

I buy unsalted broth for my dogs-they approve! Perfect for GI upset or just a tasty drink. It's $3-5 cheaper on amazon too!!

Not much else to say other than that this is a quality stock. No issues here. Decent for the price.

for me, the best part is the packaging...these old fingers struggle with many of the tamper-proof aspects of modern packaging, but these folks got rid of the inner pull tab! All I have to do is twist the cap and I have access. I currently use it (and its sister plain organic chicken broth) in cooking rather than sipping. In this variety I recognize the sodium content and don't add more until I'm closer to eating if needed. Most recently I used it to gently cook some frozen peas to add to a pasta dish and tossed the whole saucepan contents into the larger dish instead of draining the liquid. Buy some and you should find lots of ways to use it.

It was a higher protein count than others, but don’t expect this to taste like chicken soup! Tastes metallic. Bought 3, can’t return, so I’ll give it to my doggies in their food.
