OMG it works
I am 65 years old and have been fighting chin hairs all my life. I have tried everything, electrolysis kept going and going and going. It was very time consuming. Laser removal does not work because many of the hairs are white. Nair and others, do not remove the thick, coarse hairs. I have tried epilators, but I can't stand to grow the hair out enough for it to even begin to work. So until I found Andrea, I spent hours weekly daily with tweezers. You have no idea how exciting this is for me!!

Works on coarse hair.
I have tried at least five different products over the last couple of weeks and was getting discouraged. But, I finally found a hair removal product that works on the coarse hairs other products left behind! I left the product on longer than recommended, checking along the way to make sure no damage was occurring. Andrea's removed the hair with no skin redness, tenderness, or swelling...not the case with two of the other products I tried. An after-care moisturizer is included. Highly recommend if you have tough to remove, coarse facial hair.

It's ok
It worked somewhat. It did well removing the lighter hair and peach fuzz, but not as well the coarser, dark hairs (which are my main concern). I didn't leave it on longer than 7 minutes though, as I was concerned about my sensitive skin. The soothing cream to put on after works well and I just have one small red patch on my upper lip a couple hours later, which will probably be gone tomorrow. So I would say it's good for sensitive skin, but only somewhat effective with coarse hair removal. It got maybe half of those, so it's better than nothing!

Andrea Visage Clair Gentle Hair Remover for the Face
I cannot find this product in stores any longer, so I order it from Amazon. Based on my experience, it is by far the most effective facial hair remover on the marker, in my opinion. When you follow the directions precisely, there is virtually no redness or skin irritation. The directions say to leave it on for 8 minutes, and I would never go past 8 1/2 or 9 minutes. It's fairly easy to remove, and if you wish, you can apply a small amount of the soothing cream after the removal process. I find that weekly use of the product is sufficient. I am so glad that this product is available for purchase on Amazon, since I can no longer get it at the supermarket, drug store, or health and beauty stores.

Smooth
This product works great. All of your facial hair is removed from your face in 8 minutes and there is no irritation. Use the cream after, it makes your face smooth, and if you keep the after cream in the fridge it will cool any irritation you might get after the removal. I didn't get any burning, but some may have sensitive skin.

Great and Pain-free results!
I had used wax for a long time before finding this gentle cream. I will never go back. I have lots of peach fuzz, plus thicker hairs on my chin. I leave this on for the 8 minutes, everything comes off. There are usually a few thick-hair stragglers, easily tweezed (they are weakened by the cream). No irritation, no bad smell. I do my eyebrows too (but be so careful not to get it in the eye, obviously. Don't be dumb, right) Great results, NO pain. Thank you for a great product!!

Gentle remover, not gentle soothing cream
We used the hair remover for my daughter's upper lip, as her hair there is embarrassingly dark for a new teen. We had to go the full 8 minutes, but it worked. She said she didn't feel any discomfort with the hair remover, but as soon as I put on the soothing cream she said it burned so we immediately removed it and washed the area. Fortunately it didn't leave any red skin. We'll continue to use the remover but not the after cream.

Really works, but timing is everything
This was my first time using a dipilatory on my upper lip, so I followed the instructions to the letter. It calls for 6-8 minutes; I checked at 6 minutes and hair wasn't coming off. I left it til 8 minutes and the hair was totally removed, but I had some tenderness and redness to my skin for a day or so. Next time I will try 7 minutes and also maybe applying some vaseline on the area beforehand (a tip I learned from reading other reviews).
