AVOID THIS PRODUCT - FAR TOO MANY PROBLEMS
I bought this item last year.Within the first week, I had to contact dell support as the laptop kept blue screening & crashing, and giving me hardware errors. They arranged to collect the laptop and repair it, so I had to wait 2 weeks for it to be given back (I'm really surprised this wasn't swapped out for a new one to be honest considering the cost and how soon I was experiencing problems)Fast forward 10 months, and the laptop has woken up today and decided that the trackpad isn't going to work, the keyboard has stopped working, but not only that, they are bugging out. So the mouse cursor is going insane and it's as if someone is mashing buttons on the keyboard . (It's not an external device issue, as everything has been unplugged from the laptop and it's still having problems).I've checked device manager and all hardware have the latest drivers installed, and dell support only operate Monday - Friday 7AM-6PM, so they're pretty much useless.I was warned not to get a gaming laptop and I should have listened. Invest in a gaming PC, but if you must get a laptop do not get a dell product.

Great laptop
This is one of the best laptops I have owned. The RGB is a nice touch. Powerful enough to handle complex multimedia tasks.

Faulty keyboard
The keyboards RGB lighting wouldn’t turn on despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue. Had to return it on the basis it was faulty. Would’ve happily kept it had the keyboard’s RGB lighting had worked.
