My cichlids really love it
My Cichlids really loved this food. I did not have any problems with tiny or bits of flakes, just the opposite they were really big. Now at the bottom of the can, once it is almost done they are just bits, but that normal for all food. I would recommend trying it, I will be getting it again.

Too small for the fish to bother with! (or so I thought) Second conatiner much better!
My canister did not contain flakes, it contained the small bits you might find on the bottom of a canister of flakes. So besides being too small for the cichlids to bother with, these "flakes" go uneaten and foul the water. Very disappointing. Edit: I'm adding a star to my review. I guess the fish needed to get used these flakes for now the fish are eating them. I'm still not happy with the size of the flakes but as long as the fish eat what they can find, I guess that's okay. . Edit2: I just noticed the container says 1.7 oz. not 1.8 oz.! Thought that was funny. Edit3: So I bought another container for my multis a year later. The flakes are definitely better sized than the first container I bought. The multis seem to like them. I've added a star to my rating.
