The roller brush isn't thick at all, and the machine doesn't squirt out enough water. I wish there was a button to do it manually. I also reached out to ask what kind of solution to use when you run out of the small one with no name that came with it, and still no reply. For over $200, I expected a little better. The power runs out fast as well. But I have 2,000 sq ft of flooring too.

Too bad it's too late to return because I surely would. I bought this is September, and a little over a month later, it keeps telling me to clean it, but it's not clogged. The filter is clean. I don't know what the issue may be. Also, when I try to stand it up, it clicks but obviously not well enough because I have to fight it to get it to stand up straight. I sent an email to the support team, but I haven't heard back. It's very aggravating spending hard-earned on junk.

Temperamental, but gets the job done. Battery life leaves something to be desired. Really only does the job on "MAX". Likes to complain endlessly about how the water tank is dirty if the filter gets slightly damp.

I wanted to love this mop vac so badly! I used it for the first time and did a kitchen two bathrooms and a laundry room with no problem!! Made my floors feel clean and amazing. The second day when I went to do the floors in the house it kept saying I needed to clean the slop bucket or clean the pipe lines. I did that 5 times and it still said it. I even took the battery out for 15 mins and put it back on and it kept saying it. So I’m returning cause it’s not working and it’s sad cause if that wasn’t the problem it would be an amazing mop vac.

I loved my T6 but now it’s just a decoration in my house because you can’t buy the replacement rollers ever! Don’t waste your money!!
