Evan's Eldritch Emporium: Book 1 Paperback – August 2, 2023

At first I wasn’t sure If I was going to like the story. The premise just seemed to silly and comical to work sex as a way to gain power just sounds stupid. To my surprise however, the more I read and the more the world opened up the more invested I got. I love the characters despite most of them being rather one dimensional. The plot is interesting and there’s plenty of spicy content perhaps at times a bit much when you just want the main plot to keep rolling, but I never felt it hindered the story in any major way being a key component of the plot it self. Overall it’s a surprisingly great story that I couldn’t stop reading. It spins an absurd concept walking a fine line of dark and grotesque implications of this world the main character finds himself in while still keeping it fun, light hearted and sexy while also having some nice political interplay. I have purchased the next 4 books in the series and fully intend to find out what happens next

I did not have high hopes for this one, but I was desperate for something to read, and this book turned out to be pretty good.The writing is well done, and I only noticed one spelling error that changed the word into something else.The story is interesting, and the spicy bits are good. However, the relationships are too fast for my taste (part of the magic system), and even though the spicy scenes were OK and not too long, there were a few times I was hoping it would just ftb because there were so many of them.So, even though a few things were not to my liking, the rest of the book made up for them, and I do recommend it as a good read.

I enjoyed this story. A man leaves earth to another world with magic and different people. We follow him learning to grow stronger and develop relationships with woman. Looking forward to the next book.

I just finished reading this and I loved it. I felt the writing style was unique compared to what I have read before which at first gave me a slow start but after a few chapters I grew used to it and couldn't help but keep reading. I loved the concept for power scaling that was used and felt that it progressed at a really comfortable pace. I enjoyed Evan as a main character a lot and grew attached to him and others in the cast fairly quickly. The only gripe I had with the book I found was later solved. I don't want to state exactly what it was due to spoilers. I loved the realistic feeling that relationships had through the story as well. I will be buying a physical copy soon and only regret not knowing of the Kickstarter while it was going on so I could order a hardcover. Thank you so much for creating this world for me to escape to. I look forward to all your future works.

It definitely could use a good technical editor to run through it again because there are minor missing words, too instead of to, swapped words, and other little annoying things that don’t really prevent you from getting the author’s meaning but only after you puzzle it out. Looking forward to book 2, though.

Wow what a beginning!!! Fast paced,crazy magic and non stop adult fantasy activities, what more could you ask for!!! I can't wait to se.what else happens!!!

Starts in a strange place earth that we call home nice touch as a trucker who loves his truck. Story really is about how all of us strive to remain our selves while the world tries its hardest to make us into something we really don’t want to be. A fun adventure.

I don’t really understand why Evan doesn’t try and claim and free every magical girl he can. To truly protect them he needs the skills and the power to free the lives of these amazing women. That goes for Sunspire’s 500 women and Vintra’s harem especially. Help them all get powerful along with you and flip the power dynamics upside down. Poor Auralla missed out on gaining so many extra skills by going home

Great story with hum8r action and all the spice us freaks love.Hope for another cause I really enjoyed this one
