Not made for regular to large Western Adults
It may benefit you if you are thin but not tall, small, or lack buttocks. If you are regular, tall, or large, it will only cause discomfort. The seat is too short, there is a chance your buttocks will go beyond the seat making it uncomfortable to sit on. The back is too low to fit into the lumbar or lower back to assist in sitting upright. Instead, it will cause you to lean forward and roll your shoulders forward, adding to your spinal issues. Good for small people, teens, and older children.

very awkward to sit on.
I did not like how it kept sliding off of my chair which made it very awkward to sit on. Maybe its just not for me.
