They work well for the price. I wear them to sleep. Sound quality is ok, nothing special. I seem to get plenty of charges from the case before needing to plug the case back in.

These are solid earbuds and a steal at 15.99. You can't get better quality at this price point. Even if they are refurbished, I've gotten several that look brand-new. They last all night if I wear them while sleeping and charge quickly for rapid use. They've got added features that are easy to use with the soundcore app. They don't have active noise control, but they fit well enough that they physically block external noises. You can program the commands for the touch sensor, for instance, as volume control, play/pause, etc. They aren't bulky and feel comfortable to wear.

Good ear buds. Comfortable and hold a charge for at least 10 to 12 hours. Quick recharging. Have purchased twice. Lost my first pair. Excellent value for the price.

i bought the refurbished ps20i. great for the price. i like that it is also for calls and my friends say i sound good even when i am working and talking to them. likely because the ai cancellation. battery life is good and everything is on point in my opinion. i have a tendency to lose one ear piece so i might just buy another pair. for 15 bucks its darn worth it

Earbuds were great up to 4 months mark of when I purchased it especially for the price. It connected to my phone and laptop easily, there is an app to adjust the settings, the earbud/case has magnets (?) so it snaps in when you need to charge it, and the case uses USB C. However, at around the 4 month mark, the left earbud suddenly stopped working properly. The volume it produced was almost nonexistent. I tried troubleshooting it through the SoundCore support's provided steps with no success. The warranty of the product was only 3 months so they wouldn't do anything. Maybe I just got a dud one, but just an heads up if you are looking to buy one.

I like these especially at this price point so I bought a second pair.. I’m not an expert but I think they work well.

The Soundcore P20i sounds great for the price clear, bassy, and way better than you’d expect. The app lets you tweak the sound how you like, and the battery easily lasts all day. They’re comfy, stay in your ears, and just work. The little loop on the case is clutch for clipping it to your bag or keys so you don’t lose it.

Overall a great product for this price. Coming from JBL Live Free NC and this is more confortable and I can say a litle bit more sound quality. Max volume is not that great. Overall a great buy and will keep this earbuds for long time. Everything from Anker is a great product. Pros: - Sound quality - Confortable - App to choose EQ - Battery - Simple design - Controls work great - FOR ME: No useless stuff as ANC, LDAC, Wireless charging, old USB ports for charging and transparency modes. Easy as it is for listening music and podcasts for more than 8 hours. Cons: - No custom EQ on app - Max volume is not powerful as some other brands - Case feels cheap and plastic - Soundcore app could have more features - Can't use on my Samsung battery widget (only the earbuds, the case is shown)

These earbuds are my best purchase this year. Comfortable to wear, connects to various audio devices without any issue and retains a good stable link. The battery life is more than sufficient and finally the sound. I'm a bass junkie and these little gems handle a dubstep punch without any loss in clarity. Rich tones come as default and can be adjusted via the app. I'm likely to buy soundcore products again due to my experience with the ear buds. Finally all this positivity for a ridiculous low price makes choosing these earbuds a no brainer.

Absolute amazing value. Sounds great, fit comfortably and last a while. Cant say much on microphone quality
