Q: can i get these keyed alike? I'm ordering 200 of them

Not sure. All of my locks had different keys.

Q: What is the distance (in inches), where the two shackle ends meet at the base of the lock? I need at least 1-1/2 inch.

It is about 0.9 inches between the shackles.

Q: So if i get the 4 pack, ill have 4 separate keys? Can I use 1 key to open those 4 locks?

The four pack comes with four locks and four individual sets of keys (2) for each lock. This the case unless you order them to be keyed alike.
