The add didn’t show it came with a charging cord instead of a power cord. No instructions on how to use it and no name on it to research

Doesn't do what it advertised.
It showed that this unit curls or straightens in the ad. It barely gets hot and doesn't do those nice wavy curls although it can straighten hair, plus the instruction print is too small to read

It’s a rip off!!!!!!
It’s a total rip off it does not curl hair like it shows in the video I’m very disappointed with it!!!!!!!!!!

This does not grip hair tightly. Therefore, the hair just slides out without curls.
