Hi, 1 Throw the one end of the strap to the other side of the tire 2 Insert the strap from the back in to the lower slot of the handle and pull through the front. 3 Next insert the strap from the front into the upper slot of the handle and pull through the back. 4 Adjust and tighten the strap.
