This is a map. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. No more, no less.
It seems completely pointless to write a review of this, as there a very few alternatives if you don't like this one, but as requested by Amazon, here goes...........This is a map. It is a pictorial representation of a geographical area. If this is a concept you are unfamiliar with, I suggest that you get some serious training in the use of maps and a compass before you venture out into the wilderness hoping that this piece of folded paper will magically find your way home for you, because it won't.It will also be a huge benefit to choose a map of the area you are proposing to walk in, rather than one you just like the look of, or has a nicer picture on the front. So for example, if you are planning a walk in the Brecon Beacons, having a map with a picture of the Taj Mahal on the front will be of little help to you, regardless of how nice the picture is.However, it could potentially work as a makeshift hat if you are caught in a shower, or a small picnic blanket on a dry day.Hope this review proves useful to you if you are considering buying this map.

Maps are better than Apps !
Received this crisp new Ordinance Survey map for local area, to explore local footpaths during lockdown.Must say being able to open up a map on the kitchen table, and learn & plan our walks is 100% better than doing it on a screen. This has been of huge help during lockdown.Added bonus, is a code to download the map to iPhone. really helpful to use GPS to get us to stick to official footpaths

Double sided OS Map from Cardiff to Bridgend
I have this map on my wall, to highlight the routes I have cycled around Cardiff. It covers North to Taff's Well, South to Barry, west to St Athan and East to J29a of the A48(M) on the Cardiff side. You can see every street, although it is from 2016 so some of the newer roads (Barry Island link road, for example) are just dashed lines on this map. You can't see street names apart from more isolated roads.
