I bought a pair for my husband and one for myself. Felt a little strange at first but then got used to them and they do give support.

No instructions on cutting to size, so i cute too small, so had to bin them!Sturdy and firm inner soles though. Gave good arch support. The arch support bit is hard plastic

Really impressed with these insoles. Not at all hard or uncomfortable as one person wrote.I have had a problem with my knee for a couple of months which has caused pain in my opposite foot. The first time I used these insoles I walked over 2 miles with no pain in my knee or foot, both during and afterwards. I had to trim the leather slightly as they were a little too long, but they fit brilliantly in to both boots and shoes.I am planning to buy a couple more pairs as I really can't believe the difference they have made to my posture and comfort with just a slight adjustment.Highly recommended for people with plantar fasciitis and general foot pain like myself.

Bought size 10 for my son’s Kurt Geiger formal shoes that he wears for work, which involves prolonged periods on his feet. The soles fitted straight in to the shoes and have a small padded section which supports the arch of each foot, and for the first hour or two of wear, takes a little getting used to. After the first session of using and wearing the insoles, my son was very enthusiastic over them and commented on how less tired his feet became and how much more comfortable the shoes themselves were to wear. Very good value - highly recommended.

The quality is very good but they are not soft or spongy underfoot and they tire out my feet after an hour or two.

I've put these into my hiking trainers because the original ones started to walk into the toe area after everytime I readjusted them! They are a perfect fit. They are really comfortable and have stayed put so far. I've been on a few long off-road walks and my feet have remained comfortable and dry

I've been using these for two years now and they've significantly improved my quality of life. They are relatively inexpensive and work perfectly, relieving pain from my ankles to my hips caused by fallen longitudinal arches. I strongly recommend them.

Para mi han sido unas de las mejores plantillas. Es el segundo par que compro. No se deforman aún usándolas constantemente y durante mucho tiempo. Amortiguan bien y dan bastante buen soporte para el arco del pie.

Great strong arch support. They are a little thin on the cushion so could fit nice into a tighter shoe without taking up to much foot room, but great for the price.

This is my second set. Great orthodic insoles!
