The speakers on this unit are excellent,
The speakers on this unit are excellent, delivering clear sound and a fantastic stereo effect. My sister was so pleased with the device that she specifically asked the family to get one for her birthday. Other relatives visiting at Christmas also raved about the sound quality—even if they didn't necessarily care for my choice of music. The sound quality is top-notch, and the design is beautiful. It comes with a "Quick Setup Guide," making operation simple and intuitive. Although I didn't really need to use the guide, the seller followed up with an email to ensure everything was working correctly—and it certainly was; it continues to perform beautifully to this day. Such after-sales service is truly impressive. The cassette player is positioned on the side and looks a bit like an afterthought, but it is perfect for digitizing cassette content into MP3 format. While vinyl records hold up well over time without degrading, cassette tapes inevitably deteriorate (the adhesive binding the magnetic coating to the base tape fails, causing the coating to flake off and rendering the tape unplayable). Consequently, the built-in cassette player meets this need perfectly. Just plug it in, flip the switch, and enjoy the music again—just like in the old days.

Good mini-stereo, but not so good speakers
I like this mini-stereo, very light weight, does all it says it does in the description, but mine has a problem with the speakers. When the music has a high bass sound, the speakers sound like they are tore. The vibration cause the speakers to sound like they are broken (they might be). I have to lower the volume until that terrible sound is reduced. Overall is a good mini-stereo, light weight and is suitable for any small space you can set it in.

Waste of Money.
This thing never ever worked properly. I barely used it because whenever I played a vinyl, it would have a high pitched whine in the back. Even when I turned it off. I had to unplug it to get the noise to stop. I tried different outlets. I changed the needle. I changed the belt. Finally I just put up with it. So as you can guess, I used it maybeeeee once every 6 months. Recently I decided to record a video and ask AI if it knew how to fix the sound. Tho and below, it's a known issue with cheap systems like this. It's not the motor, the belt, the vinyls, the wall plug, or the needle. It's just the unit. So upgrading to a better system and brand, and tossing this one, and seeing if I can at least use the speakers for my new unit. Literally a waste of money. Wish I had looked more thoroughly into it and gotten my money back while under warranty.

Responsive Support - Disappointing Product Quality
I’m giving this product 3 stars only because of the excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the unit itself feels cheaply made and did not provide acceptable recording quality for transferring LPs. My unit produced intermittent background noise that could be heard both during playback and in the recorded files, which made the recordings essentially unusable. From what I understand, this may be related to the use of a low-quality capacitor in the design. The device also seemed very finicky overall. I do not expect the sound quality of my Marantz setup from a budget unit like this, but I do expect a reasonable minimum level of audio quality and reliability. This product did not meet that standard for me. To their credit, customer service was responsive, attempted to troubleshoot the issue, and even offered to send a replacement. However, based on my experience, I believe the underlying issue is the overall build quality of the product itself, so I ultimately decided to return it.
