My son is 11 and autistic. Disney day is this week at school. I bought a size 7/8 crossing my fingers hoping it would work and it DID!!!!! I didn't get a picture because Im still tweaking things a bit. The tires come completely flat however there is a slit to put bags or batting to make it thicker which works. The costume comes in a air tight bag so it needs to be fluffed but its perfect!

This costume is very well made, easy to take on and off, and most importantly it is adorable! My kiddo loved wearing this costume out trick or treating and got lots of compliments. I highly recommend this costume to any wall-e enthusiasts of any age!
