Once you get the hang out it these are easy to use and are very pigmented. I would recommend and buy them again.

I love this product, but it definitely is not as easy as the video and the instructions make it seem. I went through almost one whole tube of polygel and had to take the nails off and start over four different times before I really got the hang of it! Between the third and fourth time I realized that I had to have a nail drill if I was going to make this kit work. After ordering and receiving one, I was able to create a decent set of nails, but even then, it took me two days of messing with them to really get them looking how I wanted. It's definitely a "practice makes perfect" kind of thing, but this kit being as cheap as it is, it's the perfect one to practice with. The only complaint that I have [other than being deceived by how easy it looked], is that the polygels are translucent, regardless of the color. Maybe I didn't put it on thick enough, but I ended up just painting my nails because I could see my real nail underneath the gel.Most of my issues are really just due to my inexperience with doing my own nails, and I will overcome them with practice. However, for other beginners like me, I want to note that you will need a nail drill and a UV nail lamp. Also, it's recommended that you use nail dehydrator and primer before starting, neither of which are included in the kit.

This was easy for beginners and nail-biters. Takes some practice, true, but nearly perfect on my second try. The videos here and on YT use WAY TOO MUCH! Half as much will suffice, depending on your desired length of course. The clamps didn't work for me, they fit unevenly and pressed out the color more on one side than the other. The sun's UV is more powerful than your UV lamp, so I did one nail at a time and just held the tip in place the 3 seconds it took to harden, then I let them cure the full 60-90 seconds in the sun without using the clear clamp or any UV/LED lamp at all. Inexpensive enough to try. You'll be an expert before you use up one tube.

Never used polygel before so not sure if it's just my lack of experience with it but, it is easy to use.. however it doesn't get very hard and breaks easily.. definitely not good for someone who works with their hands alot.

Ladies please please please!!!! Im begging u. Do notttttt buy this product. It’s a totally mess. I cant get this S**** orfffffff my fingers. It’s like a glue!!! Im extra disappointed. They make it seem like it’s very easy to do and it’s not. I have tried different brands and they are all the same. If u only knew how horrible my fingers feels. I have lost the sensation of my fingers because this things won’t come off. Please avoid

There is a learning curve to using polygel. I tried the dual forms on two of my nails and honestly gave up. I ended up using gel extensions on the rest of my fingers, because it was quicker for me.However my gel ex only lasted two weeks. The two fingers with polygel lasted over four weeks with little lifting. I honestly could have left them on longer.I will definitely try them again. The colors are stunning and bright. You get a lot for the money, especially for a beginner.You really have to file them down to a small thin layer to soak it off. Be aware that If you don’t have an e-file, good luck.

I have been doing my own nails since Covid time. Needless to say I have a lot of practice. I’ve done dip, gel x, hard building gel, & acrylic. Anyone who does their own nails knows it’s a process and takes longer than going to the salon. I am always trying to find faster ways of getting the job done & this product wasn’t hard to use but did NOT last. 3 were broken in not even 24 hours. I did prep correctly, they weren’t 2 long and I know how to use nails correctly so you can avoid breaking them. I gave a 2 star, 1 star because product was delivered timely & 1 star because it wasn’t complicated to use. Everything else about the product is a NO for me.
