Broke on first use
I hanging my bed linen on the line and it snapped on first use and was told it was not for bed linen and was told I would not get a refund. Do not use this seller as they will not replace even if faulty

Didn't include plastic mounting
The product looks sturdy enough but it did not include a plastic ground mounting socket as advertised.I want it set up the drier on my decking.I chose this appliance be because it offered this facility a ground spike is not suitable.Unable to contact suppliers
