Works beautifully and efficiently, but if you have long hair........ be sure to check the ends of the beater bar/brush. A lot of my hair twists around the end shafts of that thing and you can't see it without removing the bar. Husband says check it often!!!The first mapping didn't take very well. Maybe us, maybe it ?? We had brought in a stack of Christmas decor and maybe confused it. It would start it's task, but would say "Positioning" several times and cancel the task because it couldn't position itself. We just redid the map, created a temp no-go area on the map, and it tasks fine now.So y'all know, we bought one of the very first Eufy vacuums. No special features, didn't even map the house, but it still worked fine after 4 years. We gave it to my cousin after we upgraded to this new model. LOVE the added mopping feature. So worth every penny if you hate vacuuming and mopping as much as my bad knee does. <3
