I wore these while walking on the treadmill the first day I got them. Not even running - walking. I went to the bathroom and came back and thought my treadmill belt was fraying/falling apart because there were little whispy pieces everywhere. Turns out the soles of the shoes were being rubbed off by the traction on the treadmill belt. I've gotten better quality shoes at Walmart for half the price.

A strange paper like insert but it's okay. I wear a 9.5 and they fit ...correct sizing

cute shoe/the pink color was like a dusty rose, which I lovedUnfortunately, I followed the advice to size up - I even measured my foot - but it was too big. I normally wear a 9 and ordered a 9.5. Even with thick socks the shoes floated around my foot and slipped off my heel (I don't think you'd want to wear socks with them anyway. It would ruin the look)

The hard plastic soles were very cheap feeling and poor quality. Not pleased at all. They looked more comfortable than they are.

This is true to size and I wear an 8. I bought these for my change of shoes to walk in during my breaks. Comfortable enough that my plantar fasciitis doesn’t act up.
