I was worried when I read The other reviews, but decided to give it a try anyway, because it was the best option. I’m glad I did because it dyed the frosting to a deep dark black without using too much. I was surprised that it did not stain our skin at all or make a mess as the other reviews said that it might. It just worked wonderfully and cleaned up well. No mess no fuss

My daughter wanted lavender vanilla butter cream icing to go with homemade lemon cupcakes. Challenge accepted. Thanks to this food gel it not only tasted like lavender but it looked like it too!Very happy with the product.

A little bit goes a long way. Made a three tiered cake for my friend's birthday and had plenty pf product left. Mixed it in with with store brought frosting until I achieved the desired color! Be forewarned that your poop will change colors as well!

This Red, Gel Food Coloring was perfect to use for my Home Made Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese; White Chocolate Frosting that I made on Monday, October 16th, 2023. It is a "little messy," but overall, it worked perfectly in my Cake. It gave the Cake a really deep red hue and also it does not have any flavor, therefore, it will not make your baked goods have a "funny or bitter taste." I highly recommend this Red Gel Food Coloring for anyone to purchase and use. Good Cooking!!!

I make cakes for a living and ran out of black gel color. This was the only brand I could find that would deliver next morning. I used half oz of color in 3 oz of batter and it wouldn’t get past gray. When I put it in clear water to test the true color- it was just really dark purple. Not truly black. The rinse away in the sink when I cleaned up after baking, was also purple. Highly disappointed and not returnable. Guess I’m limited for using it for the rare occasion I need gray. 😥

Truly loved this product. I was needing to make black frosting. The food gel I had tasted horrible. I mixed this product with black coco powder and my other ingredients and my black buttercream tastes so good!! Highly recommend it!
