Pleased with these ramps which I got after returning the shorter, non-foldable, version (which proved too short, see my review of that). Assembled and used for the first time today, so time will tell on durability. Some points to note:1. Assembly a bit fiddly, the instruction manual is basic, illustrations hard to read without a magnifying glass. That said the information is there, recommend a careful read and use of safety gloves and clothing when assembling and using, as there are very sharp areas that can cause injury. Quality seems OK on initial inspection, all machined holes lined up exactly. Supplied hardware was correct (presumed stainless), nuts were of 13mm locknut hex type, bolt heads slightly larger and marked '48'.2. Make sure the indented hinge joint on one half lines up with the two studs on the other half, otherwise the angle between the two halves will be too great. When correctly seated the two halves are only 10-15 degrees 'off straight line' THIS SOULD BE CLEARLY STATED IN THE DESCRIPTION).3. Handled a Viking lawn mower like a breeze. I also tried walking up and down each ramp separately and they felt stable at my weight (about 70kg).

Unfortunately I had to return the first set sent. Possibly the parcel had already been opened and returned because fixing screws were missing, one carry handle was unattached and one ramp was bent at the end. The replacement set were fine.I did a fair bit of homework to try and make sure I wasn't going to be disappointed with strength and quality as my ride-on mower plus rider comes to over 300kg, and reading reviews on other ramps had me a little concerned. Now that the ramps have been assembled and used a few times I am impressed with them for strength and surface grip. My previous ramps were difficult to grip on when the mower tyres were covered in wet grass. The only thing I hadn't expected was that, when unfolded, the ramps don't quite open out into a straight flat line, which means the initial gradient when loading is steeper than my previous set. So far that hasn't too much of an issue.

These ramps are absolutely brilliant, they are so strong, they hold the weight of myself on my mobility scooter.Absolutely great value for money.

These ramps don’t come assembled and we had great difficulty in getting the ramps to work just using the nuts bolts and washers provided and the instructions are negligible..You need an extra spacing washer between the two parts (which is fiddly to fit) otherwise they will not lock into place or fold. Looking down the reviews others have had the same problem and returned the product multiple times until they got two working ramps but a thicker spacing washer does the trick. Once this is sorted the ramps are very sturdy and lock into position with a reassuring clunk and fold back down with the same clunk so there’s no danger of trapped fingers. The edges are sharp so I’ve put an edge protector strip on them so I can handle them without gloves.

I bought these for my cousin to be able to access our caravan (decking). This meant he did not have to get out of his wheelchair.Easy to store and the grip is great. Good value for money especially compared to a mobility ramp that only has black grip (tends to rip).

The ramps have excellent grip and strength for loading and unloading. You really do need to use gloves though as they have some very sharp edges and slats. One item of annoyance is the rubber carry handles, these fall off easily , having to adjust the clasps to try and reduce the gap.

I ordered these ramps and the delivery was prompt. The service was efficient. Kept me updated every part of the way so I'm really pleased. The item itself is strong, sturdy and well worth the money.
