I recently purchased the SHREYANS Inkless Thermal Billing Printer, and so far, it has been working quite well. It’s compact, lightweight, and doesn’t take up much space on the counter. The print quality is decent, and the speed is good enough for regular billing tasks. The best part is that it doesn’t require any ink – it uses thermal paper, which makes it more cost-effective and low-maintenance. It’s a great option for basic billing needs and offers good value for money.

Very wrst reply from service side .i bought a new shreyans printer through amazon.its adaptor pin was not perfectly fixed .they have send me the defective product.i put replacement and again they send another product.the same issue am facing.never ever buy this type of product through online.its better to buy on direct oultlet

Easy to use.

Works with Bluetooth and cable as well, I am using it for more than a week now, printing speed and quality is good, it's value for money , but there is no user manual I needed to contact their customer support to get it installed and get it working, it's compact and light weight great in its pricing range.

I purchased a thermal printer and it was working perfectly fine for the first two months. Later, its adapter got damaged, so I raised a complaint. I spoke with Tejas Tawade from the customer support team, and he provided an instant solution. A new adapter was dispatched the very same day. Really impressed with the quick response and excellent support service!

मेरे द्वारा जो प्रोडक्ट खरीदा गया था उसमें वाई-फाई, ब्लूटूथ एवम् यूएसबी कनेक्शन दिखा रहा था पर बुक होने के बाद यूएसबी ही प्राप्त हुआ है यह प्रॉडक्ट मात्र 1799/_ में ही आ रहा था। एक सप्ताह कस्टमर टिम ने इंस्टालेशन व चालू करने में निकल दिया । जब उसमें वाई-फाई, ब्लूटूथ नहीं चल तो कहा गया की इसमें नहीं चलेगा है। व्यक्ति को परेशानी होगी तभी तो बोला जाएगा ना।यह गलत है इसमें लगने वाले समय के लिए प्रोडक्ट की हेल्प टीम जिम्मेदार हैं में नहीं।में इसे उनके पास वापस नहीं ले जा सकता की आपने कहा से खरीदा है वह स्थान भी नहीं जनता। Plese हेल्प me thanks
