An absolutely beautiful book! It is full of the author's real life experiences and wisdom. There are so many great tools to help all of us navigate our own stress and anxiety. I really appreciate how the book is laid out and very easy to follow. SO much hope in these pages and just what I need right now. Would highly recommend to anyone going through anxiety and the incredible loss of inner peace that comes with it. I'm VERY happy with my purchase!!!
