Q: Can you please tell me the dimensions of the hammock and the material? I want to make sure it's soft & elastic but won't stretch too much:)

The dimensions are 12.5 feet long (3.8 meters) x 9.2 feet width (2.8 meters). The material is a nylon/silk blend which does have elastic qualities. The silk also makes the feel of the Yoga Swing to feel really soft and nice to be wrapped in. You won't be disappointed!

Q: Could I hook this to a squat rack? It has a pull up bar and is almost 8 feet tall. Just wondering as it says jungle gym use is okay

The Aerial Yoga Swing can be hooked to a squat rack, but please make sure that the squat rack can withhold the weight of at least 300lbs, so that it can be secure and stable. Also, please make sure that the knots are tied nice and strong, and you should be good to go.

Q: How far apart should the hammock be hung?

Shoulder width length, if you YouTube about the hammocks, they have a lot of tutorials.

Q: Is there a minimum ceiling height requirement? Will this work with 8ft ceilings?

I have mine in a spare bedroom, I am assuming 8 (maybe 10) feet tall. I don’t have any issues, you can pull the tails out if you want to be higher up from the ground.
