Q: What are the dimensions of the actual mat? They’re not currently listed anywhere.

The dimensions of a 1/4 baking pan are: 13 x 1 x 9.6 inches I used this concept for when I bought my 2/3 silicone mat. My mats were too big for my baking sheet but, my husband was able to cut them to fit. Measure the inside dimensions of you baking sheet. Use these figures to trim down your silicone mat. Yes, you can cut the painted area with no problem and it doesn’t affect it. I hope this helps!!!!!

You can cut them, but.... They lie flat on my pans, and because of that any oil or grease from the food runs off the edges and wicks under the mat making both sides of the mat and the pan messy. Complicates clean up considerably. So depending on what you are cooking you may like that they overlap up the pan sides.

Q: Can these be put directly on my oven rack without a cookie sheet?

I would not advise putting these directly on an oven rack. These mats are quite thin and don't think they would provide enough support to cook anything on without it running/sliding off. Picking them up once done cooking would be quite challenging as well.
