I used my migraine cap for the first time last night after storing it in the freezer. I could not believe how cold it was! It was almost too cold- I may consider storing it in the fridge. Even this morning after laying out in my bed all night, it was still very cool. Way better than a rice bag or even an ice pack.

I suffer from chronic migraines and use an ice pack when I’m experiencing one. These contour my head so well and are so comfortable to lay on and rest in. The only problem is they last 20 minutes tops before they start to get lukewarm. I recommend getting the two pack so you can switch them in and out when one gets warm but it isn’t the most convenient to be getting up when you’re experiencing a migraine. If they stayed cold longer it would definitely be 5 stars

it works for the reason purchased, but the manufacturer' seal on the box delivered was broken--so clearly a returned item.since this goes over one's head, the thought that someone else used it kinda makes my scalp itch!
