Works well
I have struggled with insomnia for years. These help me get a good amount of sleep as long as I remember to put one on 20-30 minutes before I go to bed. They take a bit of time to get in your system and work, but once sleep takes hold I'm out all night. This is a lifesaver!

I love the sleep patches
I love the sleep patches, I place it on my foot and sleep like a baby. I have not had any problem with the patches coming off in the middle of the night I would suggest them for any one with an active mind, the slow release helps me sleep through the night.

Noticed minor improvement in sleep
My sleep quality has definitely gotten worse as I’ve gotten older, so I’ve tried lots of “natural” sleep aids. I would rate this one as slightly better than average. The patches are convenient, stay on without a problem and are easy to remove. The instructions say to use anywhere from 1 to 6 (!) patches at a time. I used 2 at a time for several nights, applying them about an hour before bedtime. I did not notice these had any effect on how quickly I felt tired, how quickly I fell asleep or how many hours I ultimately slept. The two positive effects I did notice were (1) I woke up slightly less often during the night when using these patches (which was a welcome benefit) and (2) I dreamed more (which presumably means I got more REM sleep). I checked my “sleep score” on my smart watch — (all smart watches are notoriously inaccurate for sleep tracking, but they provide at least some relative comparison) — and my sleep score was consistently a bit higher the nights I used these patches. Everyone reacts differently to the many natural sleep aids available, so this might work well for you or not work at all. For the price ($25.99 for 42 patches at time of order), these are not very cost-effective if you need to use them every night (or if you need to use multiple patches), but if one or two are helpful, or if you need to use them only occasionally, this product might be worth a try. 4 stars.

No more sleepless nights
Love these as an alternative to a popular name brand sleep patch. Just as effective when directions are followed and definitely more product for your buck!!! These are always in my cart for repurchase.

Used most of them up & still not sure if they're helping; they don't always stick well
Item: "Sufuhom Sleep Patch, Sleep Patches for Adults, Sleep Patches with Premium Ingredients, Easy to Apply" ~ These come as sheets with 6 patches per sheet. Each sheet is individually wrapped in a tear-to-open plastic sleeve, and they were also inside a box sealed in plastic, for tamper safety. Once you've opened the sleeve for a sheet, there's no way to seal it back up again - I'm not sure if that matters for freshness purposes. They have a lavender scent that I only really smell if I put one near my nose. They're somewhat thick foam stickers, and they have a tendency to peel off and end up stuck to other parts of me, or to my sheets, or etc, by the morning, regardless of where I initially put them. They stay on in some places better than others, but I've still had them come off of each spot I've tried at some point. The instructions say to use 1-2 patches per night for mild sleep disorders, 3-4 for moderate sleep disorders, and 5-6 for severe sleep disorders. I'm not sure what I'd rate myself as, but: At first I tried using 1, then 2, then 4, and finally a full sheet of 6 (several times). And I still don't really know if they're helping much or at all. Maybe they have, or maybe I was just more tired on some nights than others. They're also a little uncomfortable to wear, since I'm pretty much constantly aware of the slight stiffness of the thick foam stuck to me. I like the idea, but I don't think it's for me. And I'd need to have seen a much more noticeable effect to want to get them again. The box I got in June 2023 has a manufactured date of April 20, 2023 and an expiration date of April 19, 2025.

didnt seem to do anything
I usually take about 20mgish of melatonin to help staying asleep. I was hopeful as these are patches they would keep giving you meds all night. However after testing multiple nights with 3 or 4 patches on, I saw no benefit. I suspect they just did not absorb in at all. Actually one night I ended up with a headache that I normally dont get, which was odd. Overall I recommend a pill or gummy any day over these.
