Q: will this bag fit under most airline seats?

Not having tried it but looking at it now I would assume however you’ll lose all your foot space. As long as it isn’t overpacked of course. Personally I think this is better an overhead compartment bag. Pushing it under the seat could cause scratches and such to the nice material.

Q: Is the "hinge" zipper that splits the bag in two heavy duty? I have had sooooo many products with zippers that broke, rendering the product useless.

The quality is pretty much the same with the side zippers. I haven't got any issues so far. But just incase those zipper breaks, they are covered with lifetime warranty as far as I know. Hope it helps. Stay safe.

Hi. I bought the shoulder bag and I´m very happy with it. It has an internal frame to hold it's shape. The good news is that inside, the "pockets" it has are very flexible, you can adapt them to your needs. I have pictures I can send if needed.

Yes, absolutely the PGYTECH OneMo has an additional large pocket in the front of bag that can fit additional clothing or shoes.
