Such a great product for a new mama learning to pump. I was on my third child when I bought these and I should have bought them sooner. They fit into my MomCozy S12 Pro Handless Pumps and it was a breeze figuring out what size I was. Totally recommend!!! Especially for the price.

Its amazing how much a difference it makes when you have the right size flanges. I measure at a 18mm and 20mm. I use the 19mm on both sides and it works perfectly. These inserts make everything about pumping so much more comfortable. I use them in my legendairy milk Duette, Elvie Stride and Avent manual pump. They are made of sillicone which alone feels so much better than those hard plastic flanges. But once you find your right size it is a true game changer. Pumping no longer feels painful, no more pinching no more uncomfortable friction that feels like your going to blister no more feeling of bruising. These make it comfortable so that I am able to relax and do a full session of Pumping but also speed things up to so that i dont have to pump as long and still empty myself. If only I had these at the very beginning of my Pumping experience when i was power Pumping to increase milk production. I definitely recommend to any mama if they are considering Pumping after birth to buy these in advance. Make sure you have multiple sizes on hand because your size will change. It will change after birth, it will change once baby starts feeding or if your pumping. 100% recommend to all mamas, measure yourself we are not all the standard flange size sold with our pumps. Finding your true size changes everything!

Love these! Great quality and very durable. Fit any 24mm flange and if you need to double them for bigger flanges they also do great doubled up. These SAVED my nipples and milk supply. Ladies! If you pump PLEASE measure your nipples and get the correct flange sizes! They work wonders! Went from making less than 1-2oz a session (wrong flanges) to making 10-12oz a session (after using the right sizes)! NOTE: if you purchase these make sure you purchase 2 or find a set that sells 2. These only come with 1 piece of each size. So you will need to buy 2 if you want/need the same size for each nipple. Ive purchased these 3 times now and they are super helpful, I forgot the first 2 times that I needed to buy it twice to have enough for both sides lol. 😂

These work great! I have elastic nipples and struggle with most flanges! I’ve been able to fit them in all of my flanges/pumps including my Elvie portable without cutting them. USE A PUMPING SPRAY OR NIPPLE CREAM! I use liquid coconut oil in a small travel spray bottle was a pumping spray and it makes these much more comfortable to remove. They are painful to remove without some kind of lube but make pumping far less painful than without. Having extra sizes is great for if your nipple size changes during your journey or to trade with another pumping mom…

Good value for trying to find your flange size. However, after a while, these start to become more difficult to clean. The silicone sometimes also is irritating on skin. Overall used for finding and trying out the correct size to ultimately buy flanges in that size.

These really helped me finally be successful at pumping on my 3rd baby after 2 failed attempts. I used it with a little nipple cream. It helped the flange fit my size and be comfortable. Without it, I don't think I could have pumped as long as I did.

My credentials for this review are as follows - I nursed and pumped with my first born until she was 1 year old and I have been exclusively pumping for my 7 month old since she was 4 months old. Prior to exclusively pumping with her, I was pumping and nursing. I own and have used 6 different pumps in the last 2 years that I’ve been a mom, ranging from completely hands free pumps like the momcozys to being plugged into an outlet with my spectra. I have always started off as an over-supplier and then fallen into a just enougher at about 5 months postpartum. I’ve also always found pumping to be very uncomfortable. I dreaded every pump session and I would cringe every time I would turn the pump on. I constantly heard that it wasn’t supposed to hurt or be uncomfortable from lactation consultants and influencers, but I thought I must be super sensitive or something, because there was never a time that I was comfortable when pumping. That is until I found these flange inserts. These flange inserts changed the game for me. They helped me find my true flange size and made pumping so much more comfortable, which in turn increased my milk output. Because of these inserts, I have the confidence to continue providing breast milk for my child for a long as I can. They are also very easy to clean and they work with most breast pumps. The only con is that they don’t work with hands free breast pumps that fit in your bra as cups because of their length. Otherwise, don’t hesitate to buy these. They are so affordable for something that can help this much.

I purchased these to help fit myself to the flanges of my Spectra S1 breast pump. They are a thin silicone material, which makes it really easy to insert into the flange as well as take out to clean between pumping sessions. I also appreciate that the pack comes with three sizes, as your custom size may change through your pumping journey. No issues have been experienced in the use of my breast pump with the addition of these!

Used, dirty, hair inside, traces of milk, disgusting! one of the items was replaced, it doesn't match the description... unsanitary. Why am I getting a used package!?!
