Steven Raichlen Best of Barbecue Stainless Chilli Pepper Grill Rack and Corer Set

This is a great piece of kit to grill stuffed jalapeños or other large chillis. The only problem, is not the kit it's self but trying to find chillis big enough to not fall through the holes. I had to wrap the smaller chillis in foil so they stuck in the holes. The corer is really smart and it's easy to remove the middle bit and seeds.

This is a well made and good looking piece of kit, its not cheap but worth having when doing Chilis.

Great jalapeño holder. The core tool works pretty well but no on peppers with a slim bottom. Take something to the grocery store with the correct size (hole size of holes on holder) to match jalapeños that will fit nicely. Someone here recommend cutting a hole in an old credit card the same size as the rack holes. This is brilliant, props to that person! I do these on a kamado style smoker and everyone loves them. I bought a book from Amazon all about different jalapeño recipes, I highly recommend that.

Works good. Might order another. But make sure that your peppers aren't too big for the holes. TIP: I drilled the same size hole in an old bank card, and I use that to check peppers at the store.

Works great but don’t use the largest jalapeños. We wrapped ours in bacon but used smaller ones so they would fit. Fill with a mixture of cream cheese and shredded cheddar, a little more than halfway up or it will expand out of the top

it works great the only slight problem I have with it is that it is just a little high, (between the top plate with the holes to the bottom). Some of the peppers I have fall through as I smoke them. So now since the peppers here a short I just put a no aluminum pan (upside down) underneath.BTW the tool to clean the peppers works wonderfully.

Great product, mmmmm bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers. The only reason I docked a star is because I felt like the holes could be a bit bigger for those bigger jalapenos.The coring tool actually works well, not a piece of junk. The metal quality on everything is very good.

The jalapeño corer works amazing, it is even simpler to use than I had imagined. As for the tray, the holes are a little larger so you need to make sure you buy large enough jalapeños or they will fall out while cooking.

Really nice, wish we used it more. Great for what it’s intended for!

Für jeden Grillen ein nicht 08/15 must have 😜 Für den Gasgrill ein perfektes Zubehör und das Edelstaht ist sehr hitzebeständig. Der Aushüller ist scharf.

Die Halterung ist kompakt und lässt sich problemlos im Geschirrspüler reinigen. Der Entkerner erfüllt seinen Zweck vorzüglich - kurz gesagt, ein gelungener Kauf!

Macht einen sehr wertigen Eindruck, allerdings auch wirklich nur für die kleinen Chilis. Bei einigen Spitzpaprikas wird es auch mal eng. Aber trotzdem top.

Schon lange gesucht , tolles Teil , tolles Material.Endlich fällt die Füllung aus meinen Chili nicht mehr raus .Kann ich nur Empfehlen.

Worked great, however I found the holes a bit too small. Will need to by smaller peppers.
