Great homeschool resource!
This is a great book to use as a guideline to teach kids, just as the title reads, financial literacy! I bought this one for my 4th and 6th grade children. Even though this book says for 3rd grade, it still has many important lessons and great exercises to keep their thoughts rolling! As soon as we finish this 3rd grade book then we will move on to the next grade up!

Great Financial Literacy Workbook
We love this workbook. We homeschool and are going through the whole book as a Math unit. It is organized really well. Chapters have Vocabulary words and then activities to go with the Vocabulary words that reinforce the learning. It also has games, activities that include real world examples and little plays that you can read with the child. Very complete workbook.

Kids love it
It’s easy for the kids to understand but it also challenges their understanding of money which I love. It uses real world age appropriate examples to educate them on earning, saving, and spending money smartly.

Homeschool material
We love all that is included in this product as a homeschool mom to teach our kids real-life learning to survive in the real world. It keeps them interested for the most part and we add it in when we a re out shopping.

Great for elementary!
These lessons are very informational for my homeschooled kids (ages 5-10). Some things are a little difficult for the younger ones, but we do all the lessons verbally and together which makes it able for this age range. Their favorite things in the book are the games. The stories are nice, and I particularly liked where they needed to choose between two similar jobs in order to save for something. It was a great discussion about why we might choose one over the other, or could choose both. They didn't guess all of the options, so they are definitely learning a lot of new things! I paired this with the GoHenry app which you can get when you pay for the Acorns investment app as of last month (April 2024), so the kids are earning their weekly allowance, and can put into practice the things they learn from this book! I've also made their own buying accounts in my household on Amazon so I can track and approve their purchases. They are teen accounts but it works. I also like that this book builds their financial vocabulary. The stories are relatable. So far so good!

Love this!!
I ordered it for my 3rd grader and the 6th-8th grade version for my 7th grader whom I homeschool. It gives realistic lessons that they need to know such as having a bank account, paying rent, getting a loan, etc. It is easy for them to understand too.
