ARRIVED IN HUGE HEAVY BOX WE COULDN'T LIFT! WITHOUT OPENING TRIED TO RETURN... NO LUCK! I HAVE 3 PICS OF DETAILS ALL "PRIME! FREE SHIPPING & RETURN" YET, FORCED TO KEEP! EASY LAY OUT.. BUT, EXTREME DIFFICULTY WITH FIBER FILLING TO SEE AIR BUBBLES! ALSO, UNABLE TO DECIFER FULLNESS TIL IT SUDDENLY BALLOONED TO CEILING FAN! TOTAL PANIC WHEN WATER COULDN'T BE DRAINED OUT... THOUGHT BACK TO MY BOATING DAYS REMEMBERING A *BILGE PUMP* WE KEPT ON BOARD. WE RACED OUT AT 3am & WERE SO THANKFUL OUR WALYMART HAD JUST *ONE* LONE BILGE PUMP TO "BAIL" US OUT! NOW I'M STUCK WITH A *SPARE* FREEFLOW MATTRESS AS MY "PRIME MEMBERSHIP" WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO RETURN A SECOND MATTRESS I PURCHASED FOR BACKUP! I'VE HAD WATERBEDS SINCE✌WOODSTOCK! WHEN CHOICES WERE KING, QUEEN, DBL, OR SINGLE.." YUP, I MISS THE 60's.. PEACE & LOVE💤😴

There is no return on this product! We tried to ask for a return label because we just decided to do away with our waterbed and get a foam mattress it was refused even though it was unopened still in the box. So we went ahead and put it in. Set up was easy there is a liner inside mattress feels like a some sort of batting used for a mattress cover I suppose to help with the wave but it's still a full wave mattress but of good quality. Overall comfort and sleep is 3 out of 5 i feel every movement from my husband and dog. Also it took about 1 week to get after ordered.

My husband and I are in our 40's and have had a regular waterbed bladder for years. When it popped, decided to give this semi-waveless one a try.It didn't seem like the foam was very thick, but I think it expands inside when you fill the bed.There is a WORLD of difference between this new bed and our old one. Of course it still feels very much like a waterbed, and has waves. But they feel muted, and have much less 'comeback' waves. Its going to take some getting used to, but I like it!- side note, I had forgotten about the new waterbed smell! Vinyl makes me ill as it off-gasses, which lasts for about a week. I really should have let it sit after I opened it to air out before I set it up, But it's not about deal if your not chemical sensitive.

We took a long time to order a new mattress. We have slept on it for 2 nights and it is so much better then our old one. It isn't 100% waveless but it is probably 90%. It takes no time at all to stop motion when either of us move unlike our old mattress that about flipped you out onto the floor. I definitely recommend this model.

We don't notice much difference between this waterbed mattress and our old fashioned bag - which sprung a leak - hence the purchase of this one. It does seem to be a bit firmer but not noticeably so. Our first mattress arrived and after following instructions and letting it rest for a day before filling - we were dismayed to discover our sheets and blankets wet the first morning after we slept on it. Amazon customer service came through and shipped a new one out promptly but we had to figure out how to drain all the water out of the foam inside the bed - quite an undertaking - and ship it back. Perhaps they could have had us cut out a portion of the plastic mattress and ship that back - seems awful expensive to ship something that heavy back (but I can't complain too loudly because I didn't have to pay to ship it back).
