The media could not be loaded. Visibly noticeable changes on my hair, skin and nails. My toe nails were damaged with no growth as i used to play football regularly. After taking this for about 15 days, my toe nails started growing back healthy and strong. I also noticed a refreshed skin and healtier looking hair.
