The one review that this isn’t authentic is full of it. This wine variety is now my favorite and I eat a ton of salami

This product is advertised as “Naturals Hand-crafted Dry-Aged Salami Variety Pack of 2 . . . Authentic Italian Sausage,” which is grossly misleading. I know what authentic dry sausages taste like, and this is not it, inasmuch as it is extremely salty (something like 65% of tasteless dead meat and 35% salt). Moreover, one of the duo in the pack is loaded with ground tendons rather than pieces of fat, which are hard to chew. Another matter of concern is that the product is overpriced for what you get (approximately 3.50" x 1.25"). I relied on the 5-Star rating given by a single reviewer, whose motive I should've questioned, but did not. I took a chance and, much to my regret, it was a big mistake. I will be more careful next time I shop on the Internet. Note: This review is based on my own experience with the product; another buyer may have a different experience, depending on whether the food item is from a good or bad batch.
