I was looking for a Lemon Balm and decided to try this brand. So far, no complaints. There is very little taste when added to water. I am hoping the quality and its effectiveness prove to be a great value for the money. As far as having a calming effect and the ability for sleep quality, I cannot say. I am a calm person already and only sleep 5-6 hours, and I am ready to go. At this point, I would buy again.

This organic oregano oil smells and tastes potent and fresh. The drops come out slowly so it is easy to measure without excess drops spilling out.BE AWARE THAT THIS IS VERY POTENT! I'd previously bought oregano oil in thick capsules, and did not notice any digestive issues or discomfort. However, the directions for this liquid-only version say to mix with a little bit of water - yet oil and water don't mix, so the water does not help prevent it from irritating the esophagus! Since I've been taking this I've had a terrible cough throughout each day caused by a continual sensation of irritation of my esophagus. I skipped it for a day, and felt much better, but resumed today and the intense irritation and cough are back. Next time I'll buy the encapsulated version, but in the meantime I'll put the drops in an empty veggie capsule each day since I always have empty capsules on hand for use with various herbs. The capsules I have are not as thick as the ones made for liquids, so I'll add the drops each day for the daily dose; otherwise the potent oil will "melt" the capsules.In addition to supplementation, this is handy to use for external application. - but be careful about where you apply it, and test it on a small area first, because this oil is very potent.

Helps me relax and fall asleep quickly. This is a GREAT benefit, as I have been an Olympic caliber insomniac for many years. No joke. I take 3-4 "bulb squeezes" at bedtime. (No need to fill the entire dropper. It's long to reach to the bottom of the bottle.) Tastes good too! Fast shipping, arrived in solid condition (no broken glass, box was intact, etc.). Thank you!
